I cancelled over the phone and they still billed me invoices they claim that they do auto renewal my account. NEW SMALL BUSINESS stay away from DEX SCAM. DexYP/Dex Media is a total fraud and they do not deliver on any of their promises, hence the reason we grieved our exorbitant contract with them. It was literally like flushing $1600 down the toilet every month. They strong arm and lie. Stay away from this despicable company! Initial Dex Media complaints should be directed to their team directly.

YP was purchased by Dex Media in June of this year. YP was once a good company to work for, but due to the dying industry, YP was dying (in Oct 2013 they had 800k customers and by June of 2016 they had less than 400k customers) and because of that the management became desperate and chaotic.
